Crop Image provides a browser-based utility for editing, resizing, and cropping digital imagery. The Service operates primarily on the client-side using WebAssembly technology to ensure privacy and speed.
- The "Free" tier allows for individual image processing up to 10MB.
- The "Pro" tier (if applicable) provides expanded file limits and batch processing.
- API access is subject to separate rate-limiting and usage agreements.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that would violate the rights of Crop Image or others. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to reverse engineer the Service's client-side logic.
- Automated scraping or bot-based interaction without API authorization.
- Using the Service to process material that infringes on third-party copyrights.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crop Image and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you process. Crop Image does not claim ownership of any files you upload or process through the Service.
Data & Privacy
As part of our Zero-Server Policy, Crop Image does not store or transmit your original image data to our servers. Processing occurs locally in your browser memory. For information regarding cookies and site analytics, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Crop Image, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
